We’ve designed a well rounded fitness program to get you happy, healthy and perform! Our secondary bay at Coast Mountain CrossFit offers 1,000 square feet of dedicated open gym and personal training space, with all the equipment you need for a great session. Follow your own program, practiCe skills, or fit in accessory work. Open gym in our secondary bay is included with your membership and available during class times, provided the space isn’t reserved FOR A GROUP SESSION Check the schedule in our member app before coming in to see when the space is available. Our secondary bay provides a dedicated space for one-on-one coaching. Whether you’re new to training, working toward a specific goal, or looking to improve your technique, our coaches can help you build a plan that suits you.
