Train harder. Recover faster. Integrated CrossFit, physiotherapy, RMT, kinesiology, and nutrition in Burnaby, serving New Westminster and beyond. Daniel is the co-owner and head coach at Driftwood Athletics, and the driving force behind the culture, programming, and member experience at both Burnaby locations. A former CFL draft pick (2015), he brings a unique blend of high-performance sport, CrossFit coaching, and business leadership to the Driftwood community. With almost two decades of experience in strength and conditioning, Daniel has trained and competed at a high level across multiple sports, from university football to competitive CrossFit. He is a CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certified instructor, and has spent the last several years coaching clients of all ages and abilities—helping beginners, busy professionals, and competitive athletes build confidence, resilience, and real, measurable results in the gym. His coaching style is equal parts technical and encouraging: he cares about movement quality first, then uses smart progressions to push people just beyond their comfort zone in a safe, sustainable way.
