Kyokushin Karate and Kickboxing school in Toronto, Ontario. Features kids after school programs and camps, fitness and strength training. We are Toronto Ontario's premier Kyokushinkai Karate, K1 Kickboxing and Fitness Studio. We have been training adults and children in the downtown and Toronto Beach (East) Community for over 12 years. We are Toronto Ontario's premier Kyokushinkai Karate, K1 Kickboxing and Fitness Studio. We have been training adults and children in the downtown and Toronto Beach (East) Community for over 12 years FOR KIDS: We offer a variety of programs specializing in building character, confidence, strength and flexibility. Classes include: FOR ADULTS: Our adult programs cover a wide variety of classes for your training needs. From Karate and Kickboxing to consultation on personal fitness, health and nutrition. We will motivate you to achieve your wellbeing goals, whether that’s being the best fighter or to get into the best shape of your life or both!
