A welcoming, results-driven method We have proven systems that allow for people of any age, size, and shape to enter and improve themselves with We have proven systems that allow for people of any age, size, and shape to enter and improve themselves with. Some of our members have lost upwards of 50lbs, others have become National champions, and others have simply become more confident in their daily lives! Led by active Team Canada members and champions of various international events, we make sure our jiu-jitsu is on the cutting edge while ensuring that even our first-day beginners are getting the attention and instruction they deserve. We pride ourselves on having an environment that helps encourage consistency, positive habits and support on and off of the mats. We are happy to provide a space that people can count on to consistently help relieve the stress of their daily lives. Our programs are built to help empower any individual to grow in a positive manner, while feeling at home. With programs for kids aged 3-5, 6-12, teenager's and adults programs, we also are proud to offer women's only jiu-jitsu classes, as well. Designed to fit any schedule, we can accommodate your busy schedule.
