We offer group classes, one-on-one training, nutrition coaching, kids classes, and more to the Windsor/Essex area. Our commitment to our clients helps them achieve all of their fitness goals. Our certified trained staff will ensure you are doing exercises safely and efficiently. No matter your goals, we are here to empower you along the way. Our staff and members believe in creating a friendly and inclusive environment for every type of person at every fitness level. Build strength and endurance with high-intensity workouts that are short on time but big on results. An energizing fitness program we’ve created for kids & teens. We teach the importance of physical fitness & teamwork as kids grow and move onto other sports and exercises. A passionate, knowledgeable personal trainer will show you what to do and keep you on the right track.
