Through the GB1 Fundamentals, GB2 Intermediate, and GB3 Advanced programs, students learn the essential principles of effective Jiu-Jitsu in a structured and progressive format designed to build technique, confidence, and safe training habits. This women’s beginner program adapts the GB Fundamentals curriculum to support women physically, mentally, and technically while fostering a strong, safe, and empowering training community. Our Kickboxing program helps you build strength, confidence, and real striking skills. With classes for both kids and adults, it offers a full-body workout in a supportive, high-energy environment for all levels. To excel in any area, children need strong values and character. The Gracie Barra Kids Program provides an environment where students ages 3–15 learn and practice focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation, and respect.
