From the club's website

Flow Martial Arts is located on the unceded territory of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Our mission is to give children and adults the skills and mindset to stand in their power both on and off the mats. Our karate, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu jitsu classes provide students with the technique to hone their martial arts—and the love of movement to make it a lifestyle. At Flow, we see martial arts as a team sport. Everyone is welcome. We offer kids a complimentary introductory one-on-one lesson. Adults get their first class free. Flow Martial Arts is a community-focused dojo fuelled by teamwork and hard work. Small classes. At Flow, no one falls through the cracks. You’ll know everyone in the room and get personalized coaching.

What it teaches and who for are our best reading of the facts. The club has not confirmed them yet.
