I started my teaching practice with Yoga being my primary focus. I studied Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative yoga with a few very impactful teachers. After sustaining a lower back injury, I found that the Pilates practice was the only thing that brought me relief. After my certification, my teaching has shifted to incorporate what I’ve learned from both movement modalities. I teach creative and thoughtful movement classes in a variety of styles. I am a dedicated student and a teacher of teachers. I share the things I’m learning and what I’m passionate about. I know the body well and am known for effective cueing and intelligent sequencing. I believe strongly in a physical practice led with steady breath and mindful awareness. Reunion is bringing you the best in movement education and we’re so excited to teach you how we do it. We have been listening to the needs of our community and building you a program that will be accessible and inspiring. Whether you’re looking to deepen your knowledge for your own interest or upgrading your skills for teaching classes we have you covered!
