Cancellations must be made at least 3 hour before "To say PYC Toronto West has had a profound and incredible impact on my life would be an understatement. PYC Toronto West fully embodies what it means to be part of a community. The instructors, the space and all those practicing whether it be regular or new attendees, have created a harmonious energy - always welcoming, consistently motivating and undeniably positive. I find myself being challenged every time I step onto my mat in this studio, and I couldn't be more grateful for it. I have grown exponentially - physically, emotionally and mentally since my first class three years ago." "Fantastic hot yoga classes. I've done a mix of their offerings now (power yoga, deep flow, yin) and each has been so healing and restorative. The instructors have all been lovely. I'm not super experienced with yoga, but each time I go I'm both pushed to grow and given the space and support in which to do so. Can't recommend enough."
