Patenaude Martial Arts Ottawa

MARTIAL ARTS KICKBOXING & MMA OTTAWA SCHOOL - PATENAUDE MIXED MARTIAL ARTS MMA & KICKBOXING SCHOOL CLASSES Come improve your fitness, confidence, discipline and focus. With over 48 years of experience, Patenaude Martial Arts is considered the first Kung-Fu based martial arts school in the Ottawa Valley. One thing we’ve demonstrated throughout the years operating 10 locations in Canada and teaching thousands of students is… We offer classes for children and students of all ages. Most of our programs emphasize physical fitness and self development, as well as teaching you self-defence skills in specific fields: kickboxing, MMA, weapon training and more. “Patenaude Martial Arts Ottawa is the BEST Kickboxing and MMA School in Ottawa Ontario, period. I should know, PMA Patenaude Martial Arts Ottawa helped me win the Golden Belt in Myanmar!” Overall fitness is too important to ignore, and most martial art schools fail in this area. No matter which program you choose: Self-Defense/Kung-Fu or MMA/Sanshou Program, we’ve made sure to implement a solid fitness training program that is specific and complimentary to both these programs.
