FRST Fitness helps people eliminate pain and regain their strength and energy through science-based group fitness and personal training. We specialize in helping people eliminate pain, gain their strength and energy back, and become more engaged in their life activities outside of the gym. We are dedicated to helping our members surpass their health and fitness goals so they can get back to living life – doing the things that they love to do (playing with their kids, getting back into a sport, feeling better in their bodies). Our classes are like no other. We’ve taken the best parts of group training and blended them with a workable scientific approach, giving you real, time-tested results. We’ve taken progressive, programmed, and periodized workouts into our classroom – it’s like personal training in a small group setting. You’ll never get lost in the crowd, and you’ll always grow from each class. We find out your goals and needs so we can point you toward the program that will help you the most. You then receive a free trial.
