From the club's website

Our kids learn karate, we don’t spend our time playing kids games. These are fun classes taught in a serious environment where your child will learn the art of Goju Ryu Karatedo. Respect, confidence and self-discipline are qualities that are regularly talked about and emphasized. Every class is taught by Chief instructor Sensei Tom Burtnik 6th Dan, with 40 years of training in martial arts, and over 35 years experience working with kids as a full time karate instructor. Flexible hours… you have 4 times a week to choose from, 5 different levels of kids classes, so your child is always with kids their own age and ability. A children’s program set up that though challenging, any child can see a regular promotion, in belts and skill. Our Adult classes are self defense and fitness oriented, a challenging class for all levels of fitness because they are go at your own pace. There are 3 levels of adult classes, ensuring, focused and instruction.
