Elements Hot Yoga London

Our roots go deep: did you know we have been in this beautiful city for 23 years? We were hot yoga before anyone knew what the heck it was! Sure, our name may have changed along the way, but we remain as steady as the earth beneath your feet. When you buy a pass, it can be enjoyed at Elements Hot Yoga Downtown and Elements Hot Yoga Southwest! We have two beautiful, spacious studios in London, complete with big change rooms and showers. Each has its own character, but both are warmly inviting and comforting. Blossoming and growing through life’s ebbs and flows, our community is something special! See you on your mat… We are grounded in 4 foundations inspired by nature’s elements of Fire, Earth, Air, and Water. These vital elements are found within us, around us, and under us. We are a place where you can explore your physical strengths, your mental well-being, and your emotional landscape, free of judgment or criticism. You seek inspiration and challenge. We are here to help light the fire within.
