Phady's Muay Thai

Tri-City's first authentic Muay Thai academy — training kids and adults of all levels since the 80's. The fastest way to grow is to be challenged at exactly the right level — not too easy, not overwhelming. That's the science behind our structured progression. You begin with the fundamentals, building the confidence and muscle memory that make everything else possible. As your skills sharpen, you advance into combinations, live sparring, and the mental resilience that separates those who train from those who compete. Every step forward is earned — and that's exactly what makes it stick. We're Cambridge's premier authentic Muay Thai academy — and the first of our kind in the Tri-City area. Our program is built for everyone, from complete beginners to competitive fighters, with dedicated classes for kids through our Tiny Thai's program. We train hard, but we train together. The culture here is built on respect, discipline, and real progress — not just showing up, but getting better every single time. Come watch a class, try one for yourself, and see why students stay for years.
