Whatever your vibe, we've got the space and equipment to match! In the heart of Halifax, was Fitness FX a small fitness haven on Quinpool Road. Sean Alexander, a driven high school student, found himself immersed in the fitness world as an employee. Fast forward to 2007, Sean, now pursuing a degree in Human Resources at Saint Mary's University, faced a life-changing choice - the opportunity to own Fitness FX. Driven by passion and vision, he seized the chance, turning a humble gym into a transformative space for fitness enthusiasts. Fitness FX blossomed into something extraordinary. For 16 remarkable years, Quinpool Road was our home, witnessing the dedication of our community. Yet, change was on the horizon. With a new development looming, Sean made a pivotal decision - to move Fitness FX to 70 Lacewood Drive.
