Boot camp, cardio, yoga, spin, 50+ fitness and semi-private training across 5 Nova Scotia locations. All levels welcome — try 6 weeks for just $1. At Evolve Fitness, we train for strength, stamina, and longevity. Whether you’re here to lift heavier, move better, or just want to feel better, we’ve got your back with expert coaching, spirit-lifting classes, and real talk about fat loss, menopause, muscle gain, and more. No matter your age, ability or goals, we have programs that suit your needs and a community to support you. “The people at Evolve are so friendly, so supportive. You never feel left out – everyone’s cheering for you, everyone’s rooting for you. You think you’re joining a gym, but what you’re actually joining is a lifestyle. It’ll change your life.” “It’s really nice to come to a place where you don’t have to think, you just show up and everything’s programmed for you. Just show up and give your best effort, the results will come.”

Questions to ask before a first class

  • Is there a contract, how long is it, and how do you cancel?
  • Is there a joining fee besides the monthly fee?
  • Can you try it first with a day or week pass?
  • Are classes or a trainer included, or extra?
  • What are the busiest hours?

Photos, classes and prices come from the club

We never copy them from a club's website: they are the club's own, and they go out of date. They appear here once the club claims this profile and adds them.
