Calgary Gymnastics Centre

The Calgary Gymnastics Centre has been introducing Calgarians to the sport of gymnastics for over 50 years. We know that gymnastics is the foundation of movement and includes all of the ABC’s that your child needs: agility, balance, coordination, and speed. These are important building blocks of physical literacy that will help every child be safe and confident in gymnastics or any other sport or activity they choose. As one of the leading centres in Canada, the Calgary Gymnastics Centre’s mission is to make a positive impact for life. We place importance on the whole child: physically, mentally, socially and emotionally with a focus on building character, promoting teamwork, and creating a supportive environment for everyone to learn, grow, and have tons of fun! There is a class for everyone in our Gymnastics For All program! For ages 6 months to adult, instructional hours range from 45 minutes for our youngest participants to 12 hours per week for higher-level, Xcel athletes.
