Gymnastics is an extraordinary sport for children, because it builds strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, muscle-tone and provides a general boost to overall fitness. At the same time, it teaches self-confidence, body awareness and discipline, while it also encourages athletes to set and achieve personal goals. It is why gymnastics is one of the best cross-training sports in the world and is considered the perfect staging platform for many other sports. To top it all off, the sport is exhilarating to watch and a lot of fun to take part in! At Kin Gymnastics, we offer a full range of Recreational and Competitive Programs injected with a sense of family and a feeling of belonging as an integral part of our athletes’ personal accomplishments. Our coaches like to promote fitness, a healthy lifestyle, strong work ethic, determination, overcoming fears, performance and compassion. Most importantly, we celebrate both the similarities and uniqueness of each of our athletes, and at the same time find unity and togetherness in our multi-cultural family that we call Kin.
