After moving to a new location in 2025 and under new ownership in 2026, PCF is entering a new era of strength. Our membership currently ranges in age from 10 to 65+ and comes from many stages of life, professions, abilities and fitness levels. CrossFit classes are our main focus and our welcoming, supportive community of members reflect the vitality experienced from committing just one hour of your day to yourself.
