From the club's website

Established in 2015, Windsor Rock Gym is the city's only purpose built rock climbing facility located between historic Walkerville and Ford City on Walker Road. Our gym has something for everyone -- whether you are brand new to the climbing scene or a seasoned master. We were designed specifically for bouldering, with quality route setting, training tools, tons of holds and varied climbing terrain. Young children and toddlers will find it extremely difficult to rock climb here without a rope so please plan accordingly or consider other options. For safety considerations, we recommend ages 8 and up. Our gym is not a playground. Like adults, kids are expected to share the space safely with other climbers and must behave accordingly. All falls are ground falls. Active supervision is required, and supervisors are responsible for the behavior of the youth they are supervising.

What it teaches and who for are our best reading of the facts. The club has not confirmed them yet.
