From the club's website

There will be no regular scheduled classes Saturday Nov. 7 due to the Arnis Seminar. Full Gis, including jackets will be required as of Nov 1. Karate employs a method of training that combines both striking and kicking, giving the practitioner a full body workout at every session. Our students are what drives us to do what we do. Read some of their stories. Find all your answers to the most common questions and how to claim a tax credit. Our Mission is to make our students more successful in life through the practice of Martial Arts. We do this by teaching Karate as a complete discipline, uniting motor skills with mind, body and spirit. This approach develops physical defence while encouraging the formation of high personal standards of behaviour and respect for fellow men and women. Our highly motivated teaching will make you strive to be your best, develop individuals who are positive and respected.

What it teaches and who for are our best reading of the facts. The club has not confirmed them yet.

Photos, classes and prices come from the club

We never copy them from a club's website: they are the club's own, and they go out of date. They appear here once the club claims this profile and adds them.
