From the club's website

Led by an authentic Muay Thai Kru and black belt in BJJ. Our classes focus on self defence, fitness, and personal growth in a welcoming, no-ego environment. Honey Badger Muay Thai & Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu is a bold, modern martial arts academy founded by Coach Sean LaBute — a seasoned instructor with over 14 years of experience developing high‑level programs, confident students, and successful competitors. With more than 70 years of combined coaching and competition experience across Muay Thai, BJJ, Karate, Boxing, and Wrestling, our team empowers students of all ages — from beginners and hobbyists to dedicated athletes — with practical skills and real‑world self‑defence. Located in the heart of Essex, Ontario, our clean, safe, and fully equipped facility offers a welcoming space to build confidence, resilience, and real‑world capability. We focus on creating a supportive environment where individuals and families can grow — developing strength, awareness, and practical skills that carry far beyond the mats.
