Westcore Training Centre

Perfect for beginners, older adults, and anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable in a traditional gym. “This gym finally made exercise a regular part of my life. The training programs are really well designed and evolve with you. Sean and Jordan are great trainers and Sean’s sports Physio background has helped manage any soreness that has developed. Highly recommend!” “This gym has all the benefits of a high-end establishment with customized workouts, personal trainers and private areas to train, but the friendliness and personality of a small business. Mike the owner knows every client by name and is almost always there to greet you when you arrive. I have seen a huge improvement in my fitness since I joined Westcore. I can't recommend this place enough.” “Westcore Training has been excellent to treat chronic pain. I have severe scoliosis and was almost bedridden when I started at Westcore. Since then, I’ve been able to lose 2 sizes, 3 prescription drugs and increase my ability to lead a normal life. After one year at Westcore, I have returned to school/work after a 12 year hiatus dictated by chronic pain.”
