We share a passionate enthusiasm for health and sports performance. Our instructors are eager to pass on their knowledge of martial arts movement/techniques and we really enjoy developing systematic programs that transform people rapidly. Our friendly instructors have the ability to motivate and encourage students as they progress through their training, to challenge themselves on a daily basis—mentally, spiritually and physically.

What it teaches and who for are our best reading of the facts. The club has not confirmed them yet.

  • Which style does it teach, and is it about sport, tradition or self-defence?
  • Is there a trial class, and what does a beginner wear to it?
  • What does a uniform cost, and are there fees for belt gradings?
  • Is there a contract, how long is it, and how do you cancel?
  • When does sparring start, and what protective gear is needed?
