From the club's website

West Coast Sunny Tang Wing Chun. Wing Chun is a simple system built on scientific concepts, aiding the development of the total person. Welcome to the art of Wing Chun (aka Ving Tsun). It is a relatively simple system built on scientific concepts, which are based on the natural motion of the human body. The system builds on three hand forms, a wooden dummy form and two weapon forms (pole and slash knives). As with all things of worth, what one gets from this system is dependent on one’s patience, effort and determination. There are many life realms that one can develop through the practice of Wing Chun: efficient and brutally effective self-defence, fitness, internal and external energy awareness, emotional and psychological health, moral/philosophical/spiritual development and a strong social connection / commitment to others. As its ultimate goal, Wing Chun strives for the development of the total person. The extent to which one wishes to pursue that goal depends on the individual.

What it teaches and who for are our best reading of the facts. The club has not confirmed them yet.
