Welcome to Quantum. We’re committed to offering therapeutic hot yoga and small group reformer pilates that will give you the agency to create healing within your body, mind and soul. Give us 30 days, and you’ll feel lighter, more energetic and alive as you push yourself beyond your edge and tap into Located in the historic Hudson building in the heart of downtown Victoria, Quantum Yoga & Pilates is more than a hot yoga studio; it’s a space built on community and designed completely around you. We’re committed to creating an unparalleled experience for every guest, for our entire community, and for the world around us. Centered in the Original Hot Yoga method, we also offer Hot Flow, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Barre and Yin Yoga. Our class schedule is designed to compliment itself so you can feel confident practicing at any time that suits your day best. With world class teachers who continue their education and practice daily, you are held by strong, knowledgeable instructors each and every time you lay down your mat. Whats more important?
