Experienced coaching with premium equipment for all levels of skill/fitness. Whether you are looking to simply have fun burning calories, want to learn the basics of the sport, hoping to step in to the ring for your first time, or are a competitive fighter looking for new advice on sharpening your skills, you would enjoy and benefit from these workouts. I am able to work with all skill levels, tailoring to individual needs, preferences, and goals. You are not just paying for a workout. You will learn skills that can last a lifetime. I am a current competitive boxer and life-long combat sport enthusiast with over 18 years of boxing experience. Among many aspects, I admire the mental strength and dedication it takes to be a successful competitor in the sport. I believe it can teach people discipline, respect, and to stand strong in the face of fears, challenges, and hard work.
