Located in the heart of Kitsilano is our bright and beautiful yoga studio featuring two yoga rooms, a tea lounge, plenty of showers, and a sun-drenched patio perfect for lounging. Join us for a class; all levels welcome. In 2007, we set out to create a yoga community where everyone belonged. Using principles of yoga and mindfulness, we wanted to create places for people to feel inspired, connected and welcome. We offer over 10 different class styles in our studios, there's something for everyone! We were founded in Vancouver, BC by entrepreneur Terry McBride who had experienced the benefits of yoga and fallen in love with the practice. At the heart of his vision was the desire to create community spaces for people to connect authentically to themselves and others.

What it teaches and who for are our best reading of the facts. The club has not confirmed them yet.
