Yoga Mala is a beautiful spacious yoga studio located in the heart of downtown Regina. Every Saturday & Sunday. 9:00am - 5:00pm. Thanksgiving Holiday off. In person at our downtown studio I have taken hundreds of classes at Yoga Mala over a span of many years. My experiences there have been exceptionally good. I have studied yoga all over the world but when I come to think of who is my most influential and inspirational teacher, Emma is definitely the one. B Rad January 29, 2024 via Google I have taken hundreds of classes at Yoga Mala over a span of many years. My experiences there have been exceptionally good. I have studied yoga all over the world but when I come to think of who is my most influential and inspirational teacher, Emma is definitely the one. I was able to drop in for a flow class in studio. Thankyou, Emma for trusting your students to follow without overexplaining. It was lively and challenging. A friendly welcome from fellow yogis.. PAT Perry January 28, 2024 via Google
