From our High Intensity Training CrossFit classes that incorporate lifting, cardio and mobility, to fun group classes and one-on-one training. Do you want to know how to do a rope climb, or a handstand pushup? Or maybe get better at rowing, lifting weights or getting more flexible. A solid core is the base of a lot of fitness movements, critical in many sports, and a great asset to everyday life. Get strong now – you are in good hands. Strength-building functional fitness classes, cardio-building classes, personal training – all built around an amazing community of members. All Month to Month. Hold Available at additional no cost. Subject to change I have been training with the coaches at Train West Van for over 4 years. Through these years I have seen the biggest improvements to my health and fitness, in large part thanks to them. They develop a good community that supports everyone in their needs and creates a safe and comfortable environment.
