We only offer classes that are fun and unique while giving you an amazing workout! A diverse selection of pole dance, aerial arts, and dance fitness classes and workshops at our 3 locations in Gastown, Mt Pleasant & Kitsilano. Can't make it to the studio? Check out our FitVid On-Demand library with over 700 pole, flexibility, strength & conditioning videos. Private session and small group (1-4ppl) sessions for any level of pole fitness, pole tricks, choreography, erotic dance, as well as circus arts. Group bookings for your next team building event, stagette party, or any fun event! Packages and customized parties available. In the heart of Gastown across from the Steam Clock and a 5 minute walk from Waterfront Station. On Broadway between Quebec Street and Ontario Street, next to the ultra-hip Main Street community.
