I have been training at Groundworks for over 5 years and the trainers and programming has been top notch. Booked a Conditioning + Core class through ClassPass with Alfonso and I’m very happy with the choice. Been here 2+ years. Great downtown location, good powerlifting equipment, and high quality instruction. Ask for Calum, he’s an outstanding trainer. I’ve been training with Donny (who runs the gym) for a decade and he has supported me in hitting every personal training goal I’ve created. He knows how to get results, is an amazing accountability partner and is absolutely excellent at everything he does to train and run the gym.
