Functional Athletics is a fitness training company. We offer personal training and specialized classes in CrossFit, indoor rowing, yoga and Olympic Lifting. From beginner to advanced, we’ve got fun, challenging classes for you. Everyday our entire team works to deliver you our skills, knowledge and passion. Erick’s and Paola’s classes are my favs, they really guide you through the exercises. Totally recommend training with them!!! I love this gym! The workouts are always varied and challenging. The coaches are all awesome people, and they are so great at accommodating injuries, different skill levels, and specific goals. The class sizes are the perfect size: small enough to allow you to get feedback from the coaches, and big enough to create a fun atmosphere. Showers on site and dog friendly! I highly recommend this gym!!
