FIT ON SIXTH is a boutique personal training and group fitness studio conveniently located in the heart of downtown New Westminster. With 1000 square feet for both one-on-one training or couples training, we have ample space to work out, without the hassle of waiting for equipment! We have weight stations, heavy bags and another training room on the lower floor, there’s never a shortage of space! We have 4 certified trainers for a variety of training preferences, from 1 on 1, to group classes, we’ve got you covered! We are conveniently located in historic New Westminster, near bus stops and a short walk to the Columbia Skytrain station. There is paid street parking nearby and the studio has an accessible street-level entrance. We look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
