Discover community-focused boxing programs in Vancouver, BC. Join classes, youth initiatives, and events to build skills, fitness, and community connections. We are a non-profit boxing gym located in the heart of Chinatown in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. We’re a community-focused club with the desire to create a safe and inspiring space in our community. We work with amateur, and recreational athletes, with a special focus on youth, women, and the 2SLGBTQI+ community. Providing free after-school boxing for youth 13–19. Classes teach boxing fundamentals, footwork, and fitness with fun, engaging activities. The program helps youth stay active, build confidence, and use exercise as a positive outlet for stress while developing strong relationships with peers, mentors, and coaches. Coming back this October after a successful summer camp! Our 7–12 program introduces young boxers to the fundamentals of boxing, footwork, and fitness through fun, engaging games and activities. Sessions will also feature peer coaches from VFRS and our junior and competitive teams.
