It is an incredibly safe place to learn BJJ and nobody is ever pressured to go beyond their comfort zone. Both the staff and the members are incredibly kind. The staff pride themselves on the cleanliness of the facility. It's truly impressive and reassuring that each square inch and piece of equipment in the facility is clean and odorless." Welcome to BUDō, an adult only Jiu-Jitsu laboratory built on community, creativity, exploration and calm intensity. Train at your pace, laugh with good people, and get a full body workout. Just genuine, technical Jiu-Jitsu. Book a free, no-obligation class and see how it feels. BUDō is led by head coach Scott Boudreau, a third-degree IBJJF black belt and four-time World Master champion. As the Vancouver academy of the Northwest Jiu-Jitsu Team — a respected network of affiliated clubs under 5th-degree black belt Brian Johnson — BUDō draws on a proven curriculum and lineage while staying rooted in its own community.
