Wayne Bourque's Centre Ring

Thanks for kicking my ass! It's the best workout in town! Wayne, thanks for knowing exactly how to push me so that I continue to get great results. As a hockey player, working with Wayne during the off-season and doing his workouts has really helped me to improve my overall fitness/stamina and at the same time my reaction time and co-ordination. He always pushes me in a positive way to get the most out of me during workouts. Thanks for all the help Wayne My son plays competitive hockey and he has been attending the kids boxing classes with Brandon and Wayne at Centre Ring to complement his training schedule. It has been incredible to see improvements with his burst and intensity on the ice, as well as his confidence in the way that he walks to school as a result of his training program. I appreciate the motivational approach that both Wayne and Brandon take with all those who step into the gym. Each participant in each class is challenged to reach their personal best and this attitude carries over into other aspects of life. I first started training at Centre Ring over 20 years ago and I feel so happy to share this opportunity with my son.
