Join Run The Flex, Toronto's hip hop & street dance studio open to all ages and levels. Our local, elite faculty offer drop-in dance classes/programs for all. Run The Flex is a homegrown Toronto dance studio rooted in Hip Hop and Street Dance culture. From foundational training to advanced choreography, our mission is to create a space where dancers of all levels can grow technically, creatively and confidently — while feeling part of something bigger. A space built for real growth, real community, real culture. We offer 30+ weekly drop-in classes in Hip Hop, Street Dance and more, taught by Toronto’s elite dance instructors. From beginner to advanced, there’s a class for you. Train weekly with Toronto’s top instructors in a wide range of styles and levels. Come when you can, grow every class. Our signature 9-month Hip Hop and Street Dance organization, with 2 distinct streams: Academy and Competitive Crew. Level up with 4-6 week programs in a structured and supportive environment, from complete beginner to experienced dancer.
