ONYXFit in Milton, ON offers coached group classes, personal training, and small group training, including Circuits, LIFT, Yoga, and Dance Fit. We built ONYXFit for people who want more than a gym — a community that shows up for you, coaches who actually care, and classes that make you want to come back.
