This experience has strengthened both my commitment and my determination to help turn the club in a more and contract processes. These skills have proven invaluable during my time on the Board, particularly as the club has faced operational and organizational setbacks. My ability to navigate complex issues, implement structure, and support informed decision-making has helped me contribute meaningfully to the Board’s work this past year. My passion for this club is rooted in many years of volunteer experience as a Team Manager and as a parent of children who have played at Markham Soccer Club since the age of five. This hands-on involvement has given me a deep understanding of the needs of players, families, coaches, and volunteers — and it continues to motivate me to push for a better, stronger, and more transparent club.
