Join La Femme Strong for inclusive strength training and mobility programs designed for women and non-binary individuals in Toronto. Let's get STRONG. La Femme Strong is a multi-disciplinary strength training community for women and non-binary folks. Our goal is to create an inclusive atmosphere that celebrates individual strength and alters the dominant fitness narrative in order to take up space and embrace our bodies' unique abilities. We specialize in various styles of strength and mobility programming with our team of knowledgeable trainers, so you can find the right one for you! Whether you choose to join our small group fitness classes or work with us one-on-one, we aim to genuinely assist in making a difference in each person's life. We believe you are already a mix of strength, passion and power. We’re just here to help! Want to get strong in a fun environment with other people? This is the option for you! Do you have a very specific goal to reach, or prefer one-on-one attention? This is the option for you!
