Join us for yoga,indoor cycling ( spinning ), and running groups. Located in downtown Toronto at the bottom of Spadina at Queens Quay. Join us for yoga, spinning, strength, and running in downtown Toronto, at the corner of Lower Spadina Ave and Queens Quay. This block has no content yet. Learn about KARDIA’s humble beginning as a local crew running the streets of Toronto, the addition of massive summer park yoga events in CityPlace, and finally making a permanent home for everything KARDIA. KARDIA would be nothing without its people - striving for an active lifestyle while having fun - and we welcome everyone to join us. You belong here! We started as a run crew, and now we’re here. Established in 2013, KARDIA is a Toronto fitness community offering daily flow, indoor cycling, HIIT style strength training, and coached run programs. We are located along the Toronto Waterfront at the bottom of Spadina. Our classes and offerings are fun, challenging and inclusive to all. Our instructors and coaches are educated, non-judgemental, and masters at spreading our community focused KARDIA crew vibe.
