My yoga journey began in 2016 as a way to manage anxiety and bring peace to both my mind and body. After seven years as an engineer at Bombardier, I lost my job during the pandemic—an experience that, like for so many others, reshaped my path. It was the turning point I needed to finally pursue my dream of opening a yoga studio. I’m incredibly proud to be the founder of the Reformer Pilates section at IAM Studio, where yoga and Pilates have become my sanctuary, places of deep connection and healing.
