At EMC, we focus on helping you feel stronger, move better, and build habits that last. With expert coaching, effective programming, and a supportive community, you'll have everything you need to make real progress. Our program is designed for everyone — whether you're just getting started or have years of training experience. Every class is coached, every rep matters. 60-minute fully coached group class. Structured with a warm-up, strength/skill work, a conditioning piece, and cool-down. Efficient, effective, rewarding. 90-minute class for experienced athletes. Focuses on advancing skills, improving performance, and developing strategy for competition. Requires Prime membership or AD passes.
