Train in Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strongman at Back Alley Barbell, Toronto's 24/7 gym offering expert coaching and community events. Back Alley Barbell is Toronto's dedicated strength training gym. We're not a commercial fitness center — we're a community of lifters who take training seriously. Whether you're stepping under a barbell for the first time or chasing a national total, you belong here. Our facility is equipped with competition-grade powerlifting, weightlifting, and strongman equipment. Open 24/7, so your schedule is never an excuse. All memberships include 24/7 Key fob access to the facility. (Classes not included) From group classes to 1-on-1 coaching, we have the programming to match your goals. Squat, Bench, Deadlift. Workshops, programming, classes, in-person or online coaching. All levels welcome. Not sure? Fill our our intake form and we will connect you with a coach! We run weekly small group classes across all three disciplines. Classes are coach-led, capped for quality, and open to all experience levels.
