From the club's website

Regina Jiu Jitsu — Premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy offering expert-led classes for adults and children of all skill levels. Learn self-defense, build confidence, and reach your fitness goals in a supportive community. Multiple classes a week offering more assistant coaches than any other martial arts program for kids. Saskatchewan's only gymnastics-grade mat floor. Safe, welcoming environment led by a black belt approved by a BJJ legend. Free 1 on 1 introduction class to all new sincere students. Evenings, weekends, mornings and lunch. Gi and No Gi available. Limited class sizes, more coaches per student than any Regina program. Structured, fun, and confidence-building. 1 on 1 or small group lessons available for Kids and Adults. I started martial arts in 2005 to compete in MMA, later focusing solely on Jiu-Jitsu. Once I'd outgrown what Regina could offer, I traveled regularly to train with the best around the world, bringing my understanding of the art to the next level. In 2016 I opened Regina BJJ to build the program and environment I wished had existed here at home as I was working towards a black belt.
