From the club's website

Regina's #1 space for boxing and fitness. Queen City Boxing is a community-driven gym built on inclusivity and belonging. We believe in creating a space beyond the ordinary — where movement replaces stress, and showing up becomes a daily commitment to becoming better. At QCB, ego is left at the door — replaced by discipline, connection, and a shared commitment to growth. We’re more than a gym. We’re a community that elevates one another — through training, through mindset, and through shared experience. Welcome to a new generation of boxing and fitness. Junior Gloves is designed to introduce young athletes to boxing in a safe, structured, and positive environment. This program focuses on developing general fitness, coordination, balance, and fundamental motor skills while building confidence and discipline. Through fun drills, heavy bag work, and coach-led activities, kids stay engaged while learning proper technique — with absolutely no contact. It’s the perfect foundation for movement, athletic development, and a lifelong love of training.
