Saroughi International Taekwon-Do Bank Street

Our instructors in Ottawa are expertly trained in Taekwon-do and very experienced. Get the most out of our Taekwon-do classes for all ages. This program will kick you into shape. The session is a combination of Kickboxing and Muai-Thai involving Cardio bag and weight training which tones, sculpts and strengthens your body. This program will help you to effectively lose weight and increase your energy level. We are here to make it happen! Children need lots of activity to use all the energy they have and grow up healthy and strong. But learning a martial art is much more than that. It also starts a child on a lifelong path of enjoying physical activity in a positive atmosphere. My 5 year son has been doing taekwondo here for just under one year and he absolutely loves it. He has learned so much from the knowledgeable masters there who have an incredible balance between discipline and and fun, which keeps young kids engaged and focused. Master Sam has been extremely flexible with our, sometimes, unpredictable schedule which makes things very easy to deal with. The classes are always structured and never over crowded. I feel that my son gets enough one on one time as well as group time within the class time.
