Develop strength, flexibility and breath awareness while exploring the Ashtanga Vinyasa method in a supportive community in Downtown, Ottawa, located at 200 Bank St. Guided by our experienced instructors, you’ll learn a method that helps navigate life’s challenges with grace and humility. Explore the Foundations over over 4 Tuesday evenings. Includes 2 free classes for use after the course to help you continue your yoga journey. 2-week course aimed at students with little or no previous experience of Ashtanga, or anyone who has practiced Mysore before and would love to re-discover their morning momentum. A rare opportunity to transform your own personal yoga practice, get grounded in the philosophical roots of the yoga tradition, and discover your own unique approach to teaching others. For Practitioners & Wellness Professionals. This training is designed for people who want to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine for professional development, to support others with greater knowledge, confidence, and compassion, or to continue their own journey of personal growth.
