We are a Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness Facility focused on Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Fitness for kids and adults. We offer classes for all ages and skill levels. Whether your goal is to become a competitor or just to become more active, lose weight, or get stronger, this is the gym for you! Our Dedicated coaches will do everything they can to help you achieve your goal. Our Facility has 3500 Square Feet of Mat Space, a 20 x 20 Competition size Boxing Ring, Weight room, showers and more!
